Drone mount
In 2023, I worked with the Boston production company Fourth District to make a custom camera mount for their drone. They used it to film their upcoming documentary Lighter than Air, and continue to use it today for high speed FPV filming. This mount has successfully held a camera for over a year. This was my first time doing freelance work. To ensure a high turnaround speed and increase client satisfaction, I built the CATIA model around parameters that could easily be changed. This way, each iteration took less than a day to implement changes.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The design process for this mount was highly centered around functionality. The client needed it to be lightweight with a minimal footprint but sturdy enough to keep the camera fixed.
